1. Introduction

Welcome to Karinkashi Designs. By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Karinkashi Designs offers handcrafted, artistic and customized products. Because many of our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, texture, finishing and artwork may occur. These variations are part of the uniqueness of handmade products.

2. Products & Product Information

We make every effort to display product images, descriptions, prices, sizes and other information accurately.

• Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen/device.
• Handmade products may have minor variations.
• Product dimensions may have a small variation due to the handmade nature of the product.
• Product availability may change without prior notice.

3. Custom Designs

For customized products, customers are responsible for providing accurate design requirements, images, text and other information.

• Customers should ensure that submitted design details are correct before placing the order.
• Customized products are created according to the customer's approved requirements.
• Once customization work has started, changes or cancellation may not be possible.
• The final handmade product may have minor artistic variations from the reference image/design.

4. Orders

Once an order is successfully placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation.

Karinkashi Designs reserves the right to contact the customer to verify order details when necessary.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated.

The final amount payable will include applicable product prices, discounts and shipping charges shown at checkout.

Any applicable coupon discount will only apply when the coupon is successfully applied to the order during checkout.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping charges and applicable delivery information are displayed during checkout.

Customized orders may require additional time for coordination, design discussions, approvals, and the actual development/creation of the product in real time. Therefore, delivery of customized orders may take longer than standard products.

7. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched, subject to the order status and nature of the product.

Once an order is out for delivery, cancellation is not possible. However, you can still contact us and we will try to provide the best possible solution depending on the circumstances.

For customized products, cancellation may not be possible once the customization process has started.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, refunds and exchanges are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

9. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including their name, mobile number, email address and complete delivery address.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including the Karinkashi Designs name, logo, photographs, graphics, text, artwork and other original content, belongs to Karinkashi Designs or its respective owners.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially used without prior permission.

11. Customer-Submitted Designs

When submitting artwork, photographs, logos or other material for customization, the customer confirms that they have the necessary rights or permission to use that material.

12. Website Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website available and functioning properly. However, temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, hosting issues or circumstances beyond our control.

13. Changes to These Terms

Karinkashi Designs may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updated version will be published on this page with the revised date.
